Since the first national lockdown, we have seen a rise in property sales throughout the market but in particular at the high end with more buyers than ever looking to make the move to their dream home.  The number of buyers looking for a property has also risen generally but, in particular, at the high end with pricing between £1,000,000 and £4,000,000. With transactions taking place across Lancashire and Cumbria, both on and off market, we are experiencing greater volumes than ever before.
