Olivia has recently joined the Armitstead Barnett team as an Assistant Surveyor. Olivia is based in the Garstang office and works across the business.

Olivia joins us from being a Trainee Rural Business Adviser, dealing with grant and subsidy applications, farm business matters and financial plans across the northwest.

In September, Olivia will be attending Harper Adams University part-time to complete a master’s degree in the RICS accredited course, Rural Enterprise and Land Management (REALM).  Olivia will then continue to gain her RICS and CAAV accreditations.

Having come from a rural background from South Wales and living in South Lancashire for over a year she has built up her knowledge of the local and surrounding areas to help with all farming matters.

Olivia currently deals in all farming matters ranging from subsidy payments, rural grant payments, valuations, farming business tenancies, compensation claims and all farming business matters.
