Sales progression at AB!

20th March 2023

Here at Armitstead Barnett our sales progressors help shorten the period between offer and exchange by collating all the relevant sales details and acting as a point of contact for all parties involved in the sale: buyer, seller, solicitors and other Estate Agents.

Good communication is key in the sales process whether it is finding out when the survey is taking place, chasing to ensure mortgage offers have been received, chasing up the application for local searches, dealing with queries raised and it is important to keep all parties updated.

Across property sales, typically, one of the main reasons for a sale falling through is a breakdown in communications and a lack of understanding of the sales process.  We make sure at Armitstead Barnett that we go the extra mile ensuring the sale goes as smoothly as possible as well as making certain our staff are well-equipped to deal with any issues that may arise along the way.

If you are looking for a professional Estate Agent with the knowledge and an understanding of the sales process, then we are the Agent for you.
