2021 has started well with some interesting instructions coming to market and now agreed.  You can definitely say that Armitstead Barnett deal with a wide range of rural property, we have  placed on the market a 9 hole golf course with a range of outbuildings, stone barn and home, a development site for 9 detached houses, a converted windmill, substantial houses, recently converted barns and new homes, parcels of land and smallholdings!  We have plenty coming to market too!  We love the variety that our work brings and the specialist advice that we can offer – we are dealing with both the straightforward and the complex!

The teams are busy working on the sales that we have already agreed with the focus on many to push them through to complete ahead of the end of the “Stamp Duty Holiday.”  They are liaising between solicitors, surveyors, lenders, buyers and sellers, making sure that all is running as smoothly as possible.  Where we hit hurdles, we continue to guide parties and hopefully overcome them.
