The ebb and flow of busier and quieter periods hasn’t been so evident over the last couple of years.  2023 is seeing a much more typical agency year with a busy period before the summer holidays, we anticipate that the market will be stimulated further in September.  September brings a time of year where many get ready to settle into more Autumnal weather whilst at the same time feel a new start, largely due to the school year starting – whether it affects you now or not, the date seems to stick with us.  The weather in September is often still warm and properties still look great to sell.
